Return Policy
The product can only be returned provided you meet the following conditions :-
- The refund request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be in an unused/undamaged condition and the tag must be attached to the product.
You can initiate a return by emailing info@shamstreetwear.com along with the product name and order number. Ship the product back to us (we do not cover return shipment costs), ensuring it meets the specified conditions.
After your return has been received and inspected (2-3 business days), we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned product, and whether or not the return has been approved for a refund. Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded (in the event that you paid for shipping).
All approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the return is processed to be posted to your account.
Defective Items:
We take pride in delivering quality products. If, however, you receive a defective item, please contact us promptly at info@shamstreetwear.com
Refund Process (if applicable):
- If the item is defective, please send it back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exchange Policy
At SHAM, we understand that sizing issues may arise, and we are happy to facilitate exchanges under the following terms:
Exchange Eligibility:
- Exchanges are only applicable for size-related issues.
- We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size, subject to availability.
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product being exchanged must have its original tag intact.
- The product must be in an unused/undamaged condition.
Exchange Procedure:
1. Contact us at info@shamstreetwear.com to initiate the exchange process.
2. Ship the product back to us (we do not cover return shipment cost), ensuring it meets the specified conditions.
3. Upon receiving the returned product, we will verify its eligibility for exchange.
4. If the product meets all requirements, we will promptly ship you the requested size.
